• Legal Compliance: Complying with all applicable labor and privacy laws in Pakistan

Field staff can view their own data within the app and raise concerns with their employer. We process this data on behalf of the Customer as a data processor.

By deploying SecureTrack Mobile to Field Staff, you acknowledge and agree:

• Lawful Purpose: You will use mobile tracking only for legitimate business purposes — not personal surveillance or harassment.

• Liability: SecureTrack is not liable for disputes between the Customer and Field Staff regarding tracking.

6. 💰 Fees and Payment

• Fees are specified in your quotation or contract and are payable in advance.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our Refund Policy.
• We may change fees with prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. 📦 Hardware and Installation

• GPS tracking devices remain the property of SecureTrack unless purchased outright.
